Customer Service Manager (Fulltime – 40h | Location: Veghel)

For one of our international clients in Veghel, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager. Our client is an international logistics service provider specializing in fashion and lifestyle brands, offering high-quality warehousing and distribution services across Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining excellent relationships with B2B customers and ensuring smooth communication between the warehouse and the clients.

De baan

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain daily contact with customers and ensure outstanding service quality;
  • Welcome visitors and/or customs control staff on site;
  • Act as the main link between customers and the warehouse team, gathering and sharing essential information;
  • Organize regular meetings with customers to discuss logistics processes and performance;
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks;
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively offer solutions;
  • Support import and export operations by handling required customs documentation (import/export declarations, T1/T2, classification of goods);
  • Coordinate Origin Documentation (Certificate of Origin, EUR.1, A.TR, ATA-Carnet) between clients and customs partners.

(Note: You won’t create customs documents yourself — you’ll gather and coordinate them.)

Hoe jij bent

  • You have at least MBO level of education or equivalent experience;
  • You have knowledge or experience with customs processes (experience in customs clearance or export documentation is a plus);
  • You have a good command of English (Dutch is a strong plus);
  • Experience in logistics or the fashion/lifestyle industry is an advantage;
  • You are organized, proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented;
  • You enjoy working in an international team and bring positivity and humor to your work.
